Shipping
After receiving your order and your personalised details, we will normally aim to dispatch the item within 3 working days.
By default, we send items out by Royal Mail.

If you do need your order by a requested date, please provide this information before placing your order so we can ensure we can meet your date. In some circumstances this service may incur additional postage costs.

We are based in Peterlee, County Durham, we are able to post out our smaller items such as glasses, keyrings, notebooks, bookmarks and tote bags however, as a small business we ask that for the moment, bulkier items like our gift hampers are collected. We are also able to offer a delivery service for a charge to areas across County Durham and Hartlepool.
